The Crown Jewels
The Crown Jewels are a collection of precious stones set in the regalia (ceremonial clothing, swords, jewelry, etc.) owned by England's royal family. The King's Crown alone contains 2,868 diamonds! Notably, the Crown Jewels include the Cullinan (check out our section World's Most Famous Diamonds to learn more about the Cullinan), which is one of the most famous diamonds in the world.
Aurora Pyramid of Hope
The Aurora Pyramid of Hope is the most comprehensive collection of naturally colored diamonds in the world. The collection, comprised of 296 different colorful diamonds, includes a variety of popular shades such as blue, pink, red, green, orange, purples, violet, yellow, olive, and brown diamonds...plus much more.
The Iranian Yellows
The Iranian Yellows is a collection of 23 diamonds, all of which are yellow and from African mines. The largest of the Iranian Yellows is rectangular in shape and weighs 152.16 carats. The diamonds were acquired by Nasser al-Din Shah Qajar, the King of Iran from 1896-1949, during his trip to Europe in 1889. The 23 beautiful diamonds have a total carat weight of 1,738.51, which is nearly a pound.
