Helpdesk Support Specialist
Hearts on Fire is experiencing explosive growth and we need a Helpdesk wiz to complement our dynamic IT team! This person is responsible for managing the company’s help desk, which includes the assigning of support tickets as well as ensuring tickets are completed in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will field and resolve many of the open tickets including but limited to, PC hardware support, application installation and configuration, telephony support, software troubleshooting, new equipment configuration, and supporting remote user issues. All members of the IT team are multifaceted and perform different IT tasks as demanded by business needs, as will this person.
The Helpdesk position will work closely with the other members of the IT team to provide first-class customer service to employees. In addition to strong technical and troubleshooting skills, the successful candidate must possess good communication skills and be customer focused.
