Shipping and Returns
When ordering diamond jewelry from HeartsOnFire.com, please note:
- HOF uses FedEx as the preferred carrier.
- The shipping address must match the billing address.
- An Adult Signature, 21+ years old, is required for delivery. If you decide to waive the Adult Signature and know someone will be home to sign for your package, you can email us in order to do so.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- At this time, we cannot ship online orders to destinations outside of the United States.
Pick up your order instead of shipping
- You can choose to pick up your order at a retailer of your choosing by using our interactive map of HOF retailers.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope your experience and purchase have exceeded your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return for a full refund within 30 days with free shipping both ways. We cannot accept returns after 30 days from delivery.
If it is within 30 days of delivery date and in good, sellable, like-new condition:
- We will refund in full for all earrings, necklaces and bracelets.
- We will refund in full for all rings (including engagement rings) in women’s finger sizes from 3.5 – 8 and men’s finger sizes from 8 – 11. There will be a return fee for returns and exchanges on specialty sizes.
This policy supersedes all previous policies regarding the return of merchandise. Any returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the original (good, sellable, like-new) condition as when it was received. Please note the reason(s) for return on the Return/Exchange Card and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit. Enclose the Return/Exchange Card with your item(s). Please call our Hearts On Fire Customer Service at 877-PERFECT to get a Return Authorization number to ensure proper return address and credit information. Please also use the return label included in your package to ensure proper insurance and shipment tracking for all returns. Hearts On Fire is not responsible for items lost during return shipment. Hearts On Fire offers this refund exchange program for purchases made at HeartsOnFire.com only.
